Senior Manager, Real Estate Valuation & Advisory

About the Role:
  • Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on various projects and transactions for income-producing and development assets.
  • Assist on major urban renewal and infrastructure projects, including transaction strategies and property development advisory.
  • Provide vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets across different asset classes.
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis and contribute to thought leadership papers.
  • Support audit teams in peer review of valuation for financial reporting.
  • Prepare valuations for both stabilized assets and development properties.
  • Investigate and utilize new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative solutions to clients.
Requirements:
  • A strong analytical mindset, effective communication skills, and attention to detail are essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with good report writing and presentation skills.
  • Professional accreditation as a CPV of the API or MRICS is preferred.
