About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Clark Equipment Sales team as a Forklift Sales and Rental Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for executing administrative processes for the sale or rental of our equipment, working closely with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders and coordinate transport of equipment
  • Maintain CRM and rental administration within existing systems
  • Consult with sales reps and customers to ensure excellent customer service
  • Administer contracts and provide general administrative support to management
Requirements
  • Experience in administrative roles, preferably in a sales or rental environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new software applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident with numbers and arithmetic
