
Full Time Nursing Service Leadership Role

As a Nursing Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating services and leading practice at a site level. This role provides supervision, on the ground role-modelling, coaching and support for staff as well as supports to clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to bring your nursing expertise and management skills into a rewarding full time leadership role. You will work in a dynamic environment with a passionate team committed to delivering quality services.
The ideal candidate will have current AHPRA nursing registration and experience managing and supervising staff and client outcomes in multiple accommodation settings.
Key responsibilities of this role include coordinating day to day operations of group homes, initial escalation person for team members on site, ensuring all mandatory reports are provided on time, driving supported independent living development with team members, and ensuring properties are maintained to appropriate standards.
