This position involves overseeing and supporting end-to-end processes for change initiatives within the Investments business.

The role encompasses program and project governance, financial management, scheduling and tracking, status reporting, vendor management (for implementation only), and risk, issue and dependency management.

You will collaborate closely with Program and Project Managers, as well as business representatives, to establish and maintain consistent program/project processes, registers, repositories, and status reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project initiation, delivery, and closure process, including the capture, classification, assessment, prioritization, and endorsement of business ideas.
  • Provide project management support to business teams in implementing small initiatives.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and track program activities, resources, dependencies, risks, and costs.
  • Regularly monitor and report progress and variations against approved plans, objectives, scope, schedule, resourcing, and budget.
  • Advise the Management Investment Committee on prioritizing change initiatives and projects based on factors such as importance, urgency, and capacity.

Applicants should possess a tertiary degree in business, finance, science, engineering, IT or similar fields, along with at least 5-7 years of experience in project management, including specialization in software development, project management, change management, process architecture, or systems integration.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability in managing PMOs in small to medium-sized organizations, experience in managing financials and completing status reporting against KPIs, and capability for problem-solving, decision-making, and sound judgment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary degree in business, finance, science, engineering, IT, or similar fields
  • At least 5-7 years of project management experience, including specialization in software development, project management, change management, process architecture, or systems integration
  • Demonstrated ability in managing PMOs in small to medium-sized organizations
  • Experience in managing financials and completing status reporting against KPIs
  • Capability for problem-solving, decision-making, and sound judgment
