About this Opportunity

We're seeking a strategic and inspiring leader to take ownership of all aspects of the venue's operations and lead a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success as a General Manager or senior leader in a premium or high-volume hospitality venue, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences for high-end clientele.

They will be responsible for leading from the front, building a high-performance team, collaborating for excellence, owning operational success, and driving culture and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong, visible leadership across all shifts to deliver a seamless and elevated guest experience
  • Recruit, train, and develop a front-of-house team
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and executive leadership to uphold brand standards and drive performance
  • Oversee cost controls, labour management, and day-to-day efficiency
  • Foster a workplace that values professionalism, innovation, and continuous improvement
