F&B Service Expert - Event Operations (Casual Role)

Department:

As a member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

We are seeking passionate industry professionals to assist with the execution of 5-star service in our Banquets team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in similar positions is advantageous
  • Barista experience is highly regarded
  • High tea service experience is highly regarded
  • Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure
  • Enjoy looking after guests and ensuring a great dining experience is provided
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Able to work within a team
  • Must have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including public holidays and weekends, as well as regular early morning and evening shifts and occasional overnight shifts
  • Have genuine passion for the hospitality industry
  • Be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience
  • Be hard working, dedicated, and professional in all aspects of working life
