  • Providing outstanding service to our guests, exceeding their expectations and building a loyal customer base
  • Showcasing your passion for food and beverage to our experienced travelers, delivering a complete and memorable experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all checklists are completed daily
  • Understanding guest requirements and delivering service excellence with each customer interaction
  • Supporting your team in general operational tasks and contributing to the success of our Food and Beverage department
  • Building and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers, driving future bookings and growth
  • Gaining exposure in all aspects of Food and Beverage, including Restaurant, Bar, Banquets, and more

You will excel in this role if you have:

  • An up-to-date RSA certification
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Working rights in Australia
