Dynamic Role Overview

Aloft Hotel seeks a skilled professional to fill the position of F&B and Event Service Expert. Our dynamic team environment offers opportunities for growth, development, and progress within the Marriott International group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to guests by attending to their needs and exceeding their expectations during the restaurant service period.
  • Provide a comprehensive food and beverage experience, showcasing passion and dedication to our discerning travellers.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the outlet and ensure daily checklists are completed to maintain the highest standards of service.
  • Understand and meet the requirements of guests, providing a service excellence experience with each customer interaction.
  • Support the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks, working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing and new customers to drive future bookings and revenue growth.
  • Gain exposure to various aspects of Food & Beverage, including Restaurant, Bar, Banquets and more.

Your Qualifications:

  • A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • A strong desire to escalate your career and take on new challenges.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a can-do attitude and smart solutions.
