About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Services Manager to join our team at Frontline Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional business and tax services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as the primary point of contact and providing strategic business, tax, and financial advice.
  • Deliver business and tax compliance services, including the preparation of BAS/IAS and client billings.
  • Oversee and manage an outsourced team to achieve deliverables and provide outsourced CFO and finance department services.
  • Contribute positively to our firm's growth and success by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships.
Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant qualification or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a boutique accounting firm.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional client service abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional results.
  • Proficiency in Xero, Windows Excel, Windows Word, QuickBooks, and MYOB.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate with clients.
