Key Responsibilities- Leadership & Team Management: Oversee daily operations, including staff recruitment, training, and performance management. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide superior customer service by assisting clients with product selection, design advice, and resolution of any issues. Ensure a high level of satisfaction and cultivate long-term customer relationships.
- Sales & Target Achievement: Drive sales performance by setting targets, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to meet customer demand.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain an aesthetically pleasing and functional showroom layout. Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to highlight key products and promotions.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth store operations, including managing budgets, handling cash, and maintaining accurate records. Oversee health and safety compliance and ensure the showroom meets all legal requirements.
- Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional events, local advertising, and other marketing initiatives. Represent the showroom at industry events and networking functions.
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in bathroom or kitchen environment.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating a team. Ability to delegate tasks effectively and manage performance.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and tact.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proven experience in managing inventory, budgets, and operational processes efficiently.
- Visual Merchandising: Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and experience in creating compelling product displays.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to handle unexpected challenges effectively.
