Job Summary:
As a Senior Educator, you will play a vital role in leading and guiding our team of passionate and dedicated educators to deliver high-quality early learning programs. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children and their families in Regional Victoria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members by adhering to National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements.
- Lead a classroom effectively, engaging with educators, families, and children to implement the educational program and achieve outstanding outcomes.
- Utilize and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to deliver high-quality education programs and practice in collaboration with the Education Leader.
Requirements:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
- A current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
