High-Quality Educational Leader Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Senior Educator to lead our educational programs and team. As a key member of the Centre, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Lead and manage a team of Educators to achieve exceptional educational outcomes
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with our centre's goals and objectives
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
- Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
