As a Senior Environmental Consultant, you will work on billable projects within Ramboll's services and may also support business critical proposal and/or marketing efforts. You will be responsible for identifying issues, forming hypotheses, and helping with the implementation of change. You will manage larger aspects of the problem-solving process and be responsible for presenting findings and formulating recommendations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Participate actively in client meetings/ discussions and may develop some clients on own.
- Develop significant sections of proposals.
- Design own assignments and works independently or with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate mastery of relevant skills.
- Conduct independent technical analyses and may assist in directing technical analysis of others.
- Assist in scoping, conducting, supervising and assigning fieldwork.
- May conduct independent site visits of complex facilities.
- Develop innovative approaches to solving complex problems in project work.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline (civil, environmental, chemical) or relevant science discipline (environmental science, geology, chemistry, physics, toxicology or biology) and 8+ years of qualifying experience.
- Professional certification or licensure within their primary state of residence/operation or professional certification of other disciplines if available and relevant to job function.
