The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Field Service Technician in equipment maintenance. This role involves carrying out mechanical work on turf maintenance related equipment within a designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage field service priorities and schedules efficiently.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and resourced fleet vehicle.
  • Perform various mechanical tasks involved in repair, maintenance and servicing of turf maintenance related equipment.
  • Establish and maintain relevant service-related information effectively.
  • Provide product service training to clients as required.
  • Establish and maintain a customer base to drive business growth.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience in the maintenance and repair of mobile equipment, including hydraulic and electrical systems, diesel and petrol engines.
  • Skilled in using test and diagnostic equipment to determine the cause of mechanical or electrical problems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for establishing effective business relationships with internal and external customers.
  • A valid Australian Motor Vehicle License is mandatory.
