Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Our organization seeks a strategic Procurement Manager to oversee and optimize procurement activities across various categories. As a hands-on professional, you will manage direct spend and business-critical purchasing, working closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure the best value, quality, and service.
- Develop and implement strategic procurement initiatives that drive efficiencies and improve supply chain performance.
- Oversee complex spend across multiple categories, ensuring maximum cost efficiency and value for the business.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing suppliers while actively identifying new sourcing opportunities.
As a seasoned procurement expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's success through effective procurement strategies and practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in procurement management within FMCG or similar industries is essential. You should have a strong understanding of business-critical/direct spend categories, ideally with a manufacturing background. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills are also required.
