**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a sales and marketing professional to join our team as the Sales & Marketing Assistant for 'Club Connect'. This is a unique opportunity to help connect communities through sports nationwide and grow your sales, marketing & ecommerce skills.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across our entire range of product offerings, including beverages from leading brands. Reporting to the Venture Lead - Club Connect, responsibilities include customer acquisition, execution of marketing campaigns and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition: making outbound phone calls to introduce prospective clubs to the Club Connect proposition, provide feedback from customer calls to ensure we're listening to customers and adapting our campaigns and processes.
  • Ecommerce Marketing Activation: manage Club Connect marketing campaigns to both existing and new customers, develop and execute initiatives to drive customer acquisition.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous marketing and sales experience
  • Proven sales record, demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets
  • Previous experience in outbound selling and or contact centres
  • Knowledge of the digital ecosystem, including social media, edms, CRM tools and websites (experience with Hubspot & Salesforce ideal but not critical)
  • Strong initiative to identify new opportunities for the customer with an ability to step into the customers' shoes
