Community Outreach Coordinator

We're seeking a Community Ambassador to support the Whole You, personally and professionally. At JLL, we see a Brighter Way forward for our clients, our people, our planet, and our communities.
Oversight and assistance with reception and human experience activation are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you'll be responsible for accounting and finance, addressing office requests, maintenance and operations, upkeep of office space, invoice verification and submission for payment processing, and occupancy services and helpdesk.
To succeed in this position, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to interact well within a team, and have the ability to learn new systems quickly. A professional and friendly corporate image is essential when interacting with clients, while also being able to confidently interact with all levels of the organisation from CEO to cleaning contractors.
