Facilities Coordinator Role

About the Position

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to oversee and enhance our school's facilities, ensuring they are safe, welcoming and well-maintained for students, staff and our community.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing routine and emergency maintenance tasks, including coordination and tracking of expenses.
  • They will also oversee sustainability initiatives and strategies, ensuring all facilities adhere to safety regulations and school policies.
  • In addition, the Facilities Coordinator will foster positive relationships with students, staff and parents, addressing facility-related concerns with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Property Team, including maintenance and grounds staff.
  • Liaise with external contractors and service providers to ensure high-quality services and timely project completion.
  • Coordinate and track expenses related to maintenance tasks.
  • Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to improve our campus environment.
  • Address facility-related concerns and provide excellent customer service to students, staff and parents.
