Main Responsibilities

You will manage a diverse caseload of complex and high-risk individuals, conducting risk assessments, developing case plans, delivering targeted interventions, and supporting compliance with court orders.

  • Exceptional client engagement and case management skills, including sound interviewing skills and establishment of goals and objectives with complex individuals.
  • Ability to lead and mentor staff to achieve their best.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
