Speech Pathology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathology specialist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality support services to individuals of all ages and abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an allocated caseload and delivering timely therapeutic services, including early intervention services for infants 0-12 months and adults with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and implement communication strategies for school-aged children (5-18) and adults with complex needs
  • Provide functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia, and mealtime management services for adults
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
  • Monitor and evaluate progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed

Requirements:

  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist
  • 3+ years of experience as a Speech Pathologist, preferably in a community or clinical setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment
