About the Role:

The Education Director will play a pivotal role in supporting team members' understanding of the planning cycle and its implementation. This position requires a strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and enhance educational programs.
  • Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content.
  • Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
