Operations System Specialist

The Operations System Specialist is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, usability and continuous improvement of core SaaS platforms used by our operations teams. These platforms include workflow management, ticketing, telephony and client service enablement tools.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide frontline technical assistance to operations users across core SaaS platforms.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and manage follow-up activities to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain and enhance user documentation, process guides and support materials to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate access, permission management, configuration changes and user onboarding activities to streamline platform usage.
  • Monitor usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Partner with IT and vendors to coordinate system upgrades, patching and testing to ensure seamless integration.
  • Support governance processes including change control, release management and data integrity to maintain compliance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in application support, operations technology or SaaS administration roles.
  • Detailed understanding of SaaS platforms supporting service operations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with service management and ticketing concepts to provide informed support.
