Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a passionate advocate for people with diverse needs to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

In this role, you will work closely with our clients to provide tailored and holistic support, identifying goals, developing resumes and interview preparation, connecting clients with relevant services, training opportunities, and financial assistance.

You will build new and manage existing networks in the community to secure employment opportunities for our clients. This involves networking with employers, building relationships, and effectively managing their expectations to establish strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain employer and community networks to identify job opportunities;
  • Manage a caseload of clients with empathy and compassion;
  • Provide advocacy and information about our services, connecting clients and the wider community;
