Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Employer Engagement Consultant. This position involves building relationships with employers and clients to secure employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities, injuries, or disadvantages.

This is an on-site position that requires strong networking skills, effective communication, and empathy to manage client expectations and build partnerships with employers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN EMPLOYER NETWORKS TO SECURE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR CLIENTS
  • MANAGE A SMALL CASeload OF CLIENTS DEMONSTRATING EMPATHY AND COMPASSION
  • PROVIDE ADVOCACY AND INFORMATION ABOUT OUR SERVICES CONNECTING BOTH CLIENTS AND THE WIDER COMMUNITY
