Job Summary:

This role oversees the development and execution of strategic bids in the APAC region, driving growth through innovative solutions. The successful candidate will lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching on bid presentation skills and collaborating with marketing teams to create compelling visual themes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project management strategies, leveraging tools like Napier's automation platform to ensure timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
  • Direct original writing for executive summaries, competitive advantages, and other proposal documents, showcasing exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • Drive innovation by leveraging technology and digital assets to enhance sales/bid deliverables, staying ahead of the competition.
  • Analyze and report on bid activity and process improvement, ensuring seamless collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in bid management, preferably in a similar position within the technology or software industry.
  • Excellent communication, writing, editing, and strategic skills, with a strong ability to work at all levels of the company.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience working with senior stakeholders and demonstrating a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Able to motivate teams to collaborate effectively, leveraging PowerPoint and Word formatting skills to present complex information.
