Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with business sponsors to gain understanding of requirements and sustain open dialogue to manage product backlogs efficiently.
  • Facilitate and drive the benefits of projects, ensuring teams are held accountable for their commitments and roadblocks are removed.
  • Effectively communicate with senior management and project governance authorities, managing the overall configuration and status of projects.
  • Contribute to and help define, document, and standardize Agile processes and metrics.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences and possess the ability to work with and influence a wide range of stakeholders to remove impediments to sprint commitments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience in project management, including experience in managing distributed Scrum teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of AB&C laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements, in particular US FCPA and UK Bribery Act.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and negotiation skills, with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) qualifications are highly preferred.
  • Ability to apply RBC Agile Management Framework and well-documented Agile techniques.
