Project Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Professional to join our team at eFinancialCareers Ltd. as an Agile Project Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple large and complex projects, ensuring they are planned, managed, and governed in a transparent and disciplined manner.
Key Responsibilities- Project Oversight: Provide strategic guidance and oversight to project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Agile Methodologies: Develop and implement Agile project management methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery and team performance.
- Communication: Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience in project management, including experience in managing distributed Scrum teams.
- Skills: Strong organizational, prioritization, and negotiation skills, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) qualifications are highly preferred.
- Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum frameworks, and project management tools and techniques.
