We are seeking an accomplished HR professional to take on a leadership position within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in strategic human resources management, with a proven track record of success in driving business outcomes through effective people management.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies that align with our business objectives, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment plans to attract top talent, ensuring the right skills and expertise are in place to drive business success.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, promoting career growth and development opportunities.
- Conflict Resolution: Provide guidance and support to resolve workplace conflicts, promoting a culture of respect and open communication.
- KPI Management: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles.
- Skills: Strategic thinking, problem-solving, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to drive cultural change and lead high-performing teams.
