Job Summary

The Risk Consultant plays a pivotal role in supporting all Business Units with risk management coordination, encompassing identification, analysis, mitigation, and implementation in accordance with best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research into regulatory frameworks and analyze safety data and trends to provide insightful risk management advice
  • Coordinate transformational initiatives to identify, analyze, and mitigate risks to deliver optimal outcomes across various projects
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive risk assessments are conducted and stored in accordance with industry standards
  • Utilize technology and data-driven solutions to coordinate analysis and identify risk insights, developing recommended efficiencies to support business units in driving risk reduction

Essential qualifications include:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience within the aviation sector (preferable)
  • Certificate/Diploma in risk management (desirable)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver actionable insights
  • Experience in risk management activities, including risk assessment methodologies and frameworks
  • Sound knowledge of aviation, occupational safety, and environmental regulations as well as relevant Standards and Codes of Practice
  • Effective communication skills
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with all levels of management
  • Ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-discipline team
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
