Job Description:
Create impact as a Senior Risk Advisor in Western Australia. We have been insuring ambition for over 165 years. We are a leading insurer in commercial, rural, personal lines, and workers compensation insurance.

Join us as a Senior Risk Advisor focused on the Western Australia market. Use your expertise to assess moderate to complex risk scenarios, leveraging your industry knowledge to deliver customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
Collaborate with account management and business development teams, agents, and brokers to craft tailored solutions through expert negotiation. Bring your knowledge of general insurance and risk management to provide exceptional customer service and responsiveness.

This is a full-time permanent role based in Perth. Responsibilities include:
  • Apply underwriting strategies to target markets and accounts within your area.
  • Underwrite liability insurance risks following guidelines and standards.
  • Support account management and procurement efforts by liaising with teams.
  • Mentor team members, provide guidance, and pursue personal development.
  • Manage the risk portfolio, including processing, credit management, documentation, and risk servicing.
  • Build and nurture relationships with internal and external customers, including visits to agents and brokers.
