Your Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Oversee the liability portfolio, including risk assessment, credit management, documentation, and servicing.
  • Nurture relationships with internal and external customers, including regular visits to agents and brokers.
About You
  • You possess experience in general liability underwriting, risk management, liability broking, or related fields.
  • You have knowledge of insurance regulatory environments and risk analysis techniques.
  • You excel in communication and interpersonal skills, effectively engaging with agents, brokers, clients, and stakeholders.
  • You demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in risk evaluation and coverage determination.
  • You are adept at problem-solving complex underwriting scenarios and negotiations.
  • You take a customer-centric approach to understanding and meeting client needs.
  • You have experience with pricing, portfolio management, and intermediary account management.
  • You hold an insurance qualification such as ANZIIF Cert IV or are working towards it.
