Project Support Officer Job Description

This is a key role within our organisation that supports Aboriginal programs and contributes to the coordination and delivery of fines related initiatives for Aboriginal Communities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project monitoring and reporting to ensure timely outcomes, quality standards and budget management.
  • Daily operations support through project and program coordination, contributing to process enhancements.
  • Administrative support including records management, briefings, correspondence and event planning.
  • Stakeholder response and information provision, ensuring accurate data and issue escalation.
  • Maintaining project records and databases to ensure compliance with methodologies.
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to inform decision-making and successful project outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in agile environments.
  • Confidentiality handling.
  • Clerical computer skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer service commitment.
