Critical Minerals Account Director

This is a Partner-level opportunity for a professional seeking to further their career with an equity stake in a leading global business-minded consulting firm.

  • Foster, expand, and leverage a network of excellent client relationships consistent with our growth strategy and trajectory.
  • Work with Service Line Leads to build a leading brand of 'Cradle to Grave' services for mining services underpinning the importance in driving the energy transition.
  • Actively co-create with both clients and colleagues to develop value-added programs where we can impact our client's business.
  • Provide strategic consulting advice and strong client experience and service.

We are seeking a business builder with a strategic growth mindset and commercial orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid management and proposal development including differentiating value propositions and contracting aligned with our global strategy.
  • Collaborate with other partners regionally and globally to identify how to connect to Global Offers, specifically (i) creating sustainable supply chains, (ii) driving product sustainability & circular economy, (iii) building the renewable energy future, (iv) delivering ESG-aligned major capital projects.
  • Impact Net Sales Budget across identified Critical Mineral clients in ANZ Account Pipeline Growth Target: Measured by growth in the net Weighted Opportunity Pipeline across the entire portfolio of opportunities for all Critical Mineral Accounts Positive client feedback Successful implementation of the way of Account management which includes proper use of tools procedures and methodology
