Role Overview

Macquarie is seeking a highly skilled Technology Platform Manager to oversee the efficient operation and running of technology platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and driving continuous innovation to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality services and drive continuous innovation to meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Maintain technology platforms, ensuring they meet high standards of performance, security, and compliance demanded by the financial industry.
  • Seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Lead and manage a team of technology professionals, inspiring and motivating them to achieve excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience within a technology-driven environment, ideally within the financial services industry.
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms, system infrastructure, and platform governance.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and practical skills in managing change and running technology assets.
  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
