The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Back of House Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering great customer experiences from the stock room to the selling floor.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in ensuring the store's success by maintaining smooth and efficient inventory management processes.
  • Process deliveries, ensure stock is floor-ready, and manage stock movement, including deliveries in and out of the store.
  • Minimize stock loss by implementing effective stock loss management activities.
  • Coach and train Back of House Team Members in store loss prevention, inventory management, and stock movement policies and procedures.
  • Provide direction to the Back of House team on daily priorities for stock to floor, delivery processing, and replenishment activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position within retail or a like industry.
  • Experience working in a Back of House or Warehouse environment is favorable, but not essential.
  • Team management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Maintains a positive can-do attitude.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Strong operational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
