**About Us**:
Northern Medicals is a dynamic and patient-focused medical practice dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services to our community. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead our team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our practice.

As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the practice, ensuring that it operates effectively and efficiently. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that our patients receive the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:
**Leadership & Management**:

- Lead and manage the practice team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve practice operations.

**Operational Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, including appointment scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation.
- Manage financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, billing, and payroll.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data protection compliance.

**Patient Care & Experience**:

- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and maintain a patient-focused environment.
- Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively and professionally.
- Implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and retention.

**Business Development**:

- Identify opportunities for practice growth and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients.
- Monitor practice performance and develop plans to achieve financial targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including suppliers and healthcare organizations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a management role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare accreditation processes and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Financial management experience, including budgeting and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in management software.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Temp to perm

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
