Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the investigation and implementation of new equipment, materials, and work practices that enhance safety outcomes;
- Support the integration of practical field insights into asset standards, designs, and risk assessments;
- Strengthen our ability to proactively mitigate safety risks across the distribution network and zone substations.
About You:
- Solid industry experience ideally within electrical supply, and distribution network knowledge is required;
- Strong safety focus and developed strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary;
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with field and office-based workers is crucial;
- Experience in risk assessment & management techniques is essential;
- Relevant Tertiary qualification (Electrical Engineer with Chartered Engineer accreditation desirable).
