Distribution Substation Specialist

Our company is seeking a skilled Distribution Substation Specialist to work on designing and managing kiosk and distribution substation projects. Key responsibilities include delivering construction plans, estimates, and system records to client standards. This role also involves undertaking minor site surveying when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage kiosk and distribution substation projects (upgrades, replacements, retrofits).
- Deliver construction plans, estimates, and system records to client standards.
- Undertake minor site surveying when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in distribution substation design; knowledge of Victorian Electricity Industry practices is an advantage.
- Mandatory qualification - Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent degree.
- Strong skills in AutoCAD and/or Revit software.
- Excellent communication skills and a focus on Safety in Design principles.
- A proactive attitude and openness to learning new technologies.
- Registration as a Professional Engineer in Victoria (RPEV) in Electrical Engineering, or being actively working towards obtaining this registration is mandatory.
