About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to drive sales, lead by example, and contribute to the success of our store. As a Store Leadership Team Member, you'll work closely with your Store Leader to achieve targets and KPIs. You'll be responsible for developing and mentoring your team members, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales growth through effective leadership and coaching of your team. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Team Development: Develop and mentor your team members to reach their full potential. Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.
  • Store Operations: Collaborate with your Store Leader to maintain a well-organized and efficient store environment. Ensure accurate inventory management, visual merchandising, and housekeeping standards are met.
