The Role: Project Analyst

Support bids and projects throughout their lifecycle, providing financial oversight, managing risks, and collaborating with project teams to achieve strong performance and results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee financial performance of bids and projects, ensuring compliance with processes and controls
  • Validate financials at key bid reviews (Commitment Control, Gate 2 & 3)
  • Establish new projects (WBS/CBS, budget allocation, risk and opportunity management)
  • Monitor and report on budgets, forecasts, variances, and overall project performance
  • Ensure accurate sales, margin, revenue, and cash flow reporting
  • Partner with project teams to manage risks, recovery plans, and end-of-project reviews
Your Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree qualification preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills and analytical ability
  • Solid finance experience across bids and projects
  • Ability to optimise processes and business performance
  • Skilled in managing large data sets and cost analysis
  • Strong stakeholder management, attention to detail, and communication skills
