We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our Media, Communications and Marketing (MCM) team at CareFlight. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for capturing and sharing the many stories of CareFlight across our digital and social platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective marketing and communications strategies to promote CareFlight's brand and services.
- Source and create engaging content for social media, websites, and offline channels.
- Manage multiple internal and external communications and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the MCM team to develop and execute PR campaigns.
- Provide media relations support and handle media enquiries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, government, and community groups.
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or public/media relations.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing, communications, or media/PR role.
- Experience in managing multiple communications and marketing campaigns.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends and on-call Duty Media Officer as required.
- Experience in photography and video production.
- Experience generating engaging content campaign ideas.
- Experience producing and publishing engaging content, marketing materials, and media releases.
- Experience using a marketing automation platform.
