Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of goods to customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading trucks, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver products to customers as per invoice requirements, providing outstanding customer service.
  • Perform all duties in a safe, responsible, and courteous manner.
  • Practice safe manual handling at all times.
  • Ensure accurate completion of paperwork according to company procedures.
  • Occasionally collect payment from customers.
  • Pick orders among other warehouse functions in a cold storage environment.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities with a focus on efficiency.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and autonomously.
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
