About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Pet Care Attendant to join our team at our Heathcote Pet Hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and attention to our furry guests, ensuring their welfare and happiness at all times.

The successful candidate will have a genuine affection for cats and dogs, and will be able to work independently, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability. You will be required to work rotating shifts, including weekends and school holidays, and will be expected to cover other unplanned absences at short notice from time to time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and attention to our furry guests, including cleaning, feeding, and exercising.
  • Ensure the welfare and happiness of our guests at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including pick-up and drop-off.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
Requirements
  • Reliable and motivated individual with a genuine affection for cats and dogs.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and school holidays.
  • Ability to cover other unplanned absences at short notice from time to time.
  • Passionate about companion animals.
  • Good communicator and positive person who enjoys teamwork.
