About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and motivated Pet Taxi Driver to join our team at our Heathcote Pet Hotel in Waterfall, NSW.
As a Pet Taxi Driver, you will be responsible for transporting pets to and from our facilities, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the journey.
You will work closely with our Pet Care Team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the highest level of care for our pet guests.
Key Responsibilities- Drive pet taxi vans to transport pets to and from our facilities
- Ensure the safety and comfort of pets during transportation
- Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners
- Work closely with the Pet Care Team to ensure the highest level of care for pet guests
- Unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence
- Experience working in vet clinics, doggy daycares, boarding kennels, or catteries
- Certified in Animal Studies and/or companion animal services
- Available to work rotating rostered shifts and extra shifts during peak periods
- Flexible and able to cover planned leave and unplanned absences
- Full training and support in a friendly team culture
