Job Title: Senior Retail Advertising Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Retail Advertising Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and advertising, with excellent communication skills and experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating retail advertising activities, including reviewing and approving advertisements, managing relationships with retailers, and ensuring compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of retail advertising, including creating and distributing marketing materials, conducting regular meetings with retailers, and providing support for special projects.
  • Review and approve all advertisements before they are published, ensuring that they meet brand standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, responding promptly to their queries and providing them with timely support and guidance.
  • Monitor dealer social media platforms for compliance, brand consistency, and engagement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement, working closely with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities.
  • Oversee asset management, ensuring timely distribution and utilisation of advertising materials for large launches or ad-hoc creative.
  • Field requests from dealers; assets, sizes, formats and individual dealer requirements (i.e. retouching) at times.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in retail advertising, preferably in a senior role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with retailers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and handling multiple priorities.
