Job Title:

Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of dealer advertising, including inquiring and guiding dealers on marketing initiatives, reviewing retail and product advertising communications to ensure brand standards and compliance guidelines are met, monitoring social media platforms for compliance and engagement opportunities, and drafting marketing communications to provide updates on policies and best practices.

  • Support dealers with all advertising queries and provide strategic guidance on marketing initiatives.
  • Review all retail and product advertising communications to ensure alignment with brand standards and compliance guidelines.
  • Monitor social media platforms for compliance and engagement opportunities.
  • Prepare presentations, videos, training materials, and marketing strategy reviews for clients.
  • Manage Ad Builder assets and Dealer Kits, ensuring dealers have access to high-quality approved marketing materials.
  • Support the preparation of client-facing documents, including marketing bulletins and communications.
  • Oversee asset management, ensuring timely distribution and utilization of advertising materials for large launches or ad-hoc creative projects.

Requirements for success include a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, 2+ years of experience in dealer advertising, retail marketing, brand management, or advertising agency account management, and a strong understanding of digital marketing and social media compliance. Additional skills include attention to detail, project management, and time management.
