Customer Service Operations Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Trade Counter Sales/Warehouse Operator. This full-time position is based at our location in Queensland, Australia.
About the Role:You will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day activities within the store, processing orders, invoices, and payments, maintaining high standards of displays and merchandising, serving customers, and performing warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts, and general housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with daily tasks within the store
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain visually appealing store displays
- Provide excellent customer service in the warehouse area
- Perform warehouse duties such as picking orders and conducting inventory checks
- Forklift license preferred (training provided)
- Retail customer service experience highly desirable
