As a customer service specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
You will work closely with colleagues to provide seamless support to our customers and help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Resolve customer inquiries accurately and promptly, escalating complex issues as necessary
- Promote our products and services to customers, highlighting their benefits and value proposition
- Contribute to a positive customer experience by providing personalized support and solutions

Requirements:- At least 12 months of customer service experience (any industry)
- Ability to thrive in a corporate and professional working environment
- Thriving in a high-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Genuine interest in Banking and Financial Services
- Availability to work on a 40-hour rotating roster, covering shifts between Monday - Sunday: 7.30am - 7.30pm AEST
