Job Title: Companionship Assistant

This role involves providing premium care to clients in their own homes, ensuring they receive a genuine, compassionate and personalised experience.

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport and companionship.
  • Deliver care in accordance with the client's care plan, developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse).
  • Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care that is tailored to each client's needs.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing and toileting.
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients, following dietary requirements.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry.
  • Transport clients to appointments and outings.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent experience.
  • Working With Children Check.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module completion.
  • NDIS Workers Screener.
