About the Role

BESIX Watpac is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to a Senior Executive on a 12-month fixed term parental leave contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Executive, including diary management, email management, and travel coordination.
  • Communication Management: Manage and screen incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination: Schedule meetings and events, including liaising with internal and external clients, and coordinate leadership team meetings.
  • Financial Management: Process accounts and invoices, prepare for signing, manage expense claims, and reconcile credit card statements.
  • Office Management: Perform other administrative and office management tasks as required, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in an Executive Assistant role managing senior executives, preferably within a large national or international organization.
  • Skills: Demonstrated focus on timeliness, accuracy, and punctuality, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Qualifications: Ability to produce high-quality reports and documents in a timely manner, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
